This is a true dancer and I bet she can dance the same way on1, on2, on3 and on whatever. So, the lesson for all salseras out there is to stick to dancing, watch this video and learn from this excellent dancer! way to go girl!

Bueno!!!! Excellent performance! This chica is the best! And i would have to agree with the comments on here. Salsa is about feeling the rhythm...And the sultry drum beats.And the skills&confidence is what's sexy. Not some overated Vegas show girl sh*t!

I agree 1000% A lot of what is called salsa here on Youtube is not even salsa. Many people are distracted by shiny costumes, sloppy hip shaking, and spirit fingers, and fail to notice that the so-called dancer has not completed one basic salsa/mambo step. I can tell that Khalilah is really a dancer, and I can see that she is influenced by true Cuban salsa in the way that she moves her shoulders.

I agree with the other comments. Unfortunately, there is a crowd in L.A. that promotes trashy dancing, trashy outfits, and stripper moves. This is the only video where the dancer is actually dancing salsa and not trying to titillate the audience with trashy burlesque stripper dancing. They give salsa a bad name.

I watched very carefully the whole competition. All are very good dancers. But only this girl dances salsa.

That was a beautiful performance. It's nice to see that some people actually dance durind a dance competition. The best moment is at the 38 second mark when you can clearly see Danny in the background.

I give props for going out there dancing On2 and staying true to the dance against an LA Style crowd. You go girl!!

Agree totally Agree with you, the first and second place so far from the rest of the girls were this girl and Gaby Equiz to my opinion. Salsa!! Salsa on 1 on 2... but Salsa pls!
