robin and penguin just dont translate well with the realistic tones. they also shouldnt flood the movie with villains and supporting characters since thats what ruined the xmen and spiderman movies, twoface should be left dead and no one can do the joker justice since ledgers death so harley really isnt necessary, the riddler is the most logical choice for a realistic villain portraying him some what like jigsaw from the saw franchise would be interesting, catwoman would also work

My sources have just informed me that the next installment of the Batman movie franchise will team up with the Superman franchise and will have directors Christopher Nolan and Bryan Singer working together on this monumental project. No word on villians or story yet, but i am hearing that it will take place in both Metropolis and Gotham City. At the moment,they are calling it Batman vs Superman. I will keep you up to date
Hahaha, Batman vs Superman has been talked about for the last 10 years. They said in order for that to happen, there would need to be atleast three Batman movies, and three Superman movies. SUperman Man of Steel which comes out in June is a reboot of the Superman franchise, So we won't be seeing a Batman vs Superman movie for a looooooong time. After they are done milking comic book franchises and stuff and they are out of ideas then maybe that will happen.

i can see what your all saying about Catherine Zeta Jones But I and Im sure a lot of People would like to have seen megan fox in a cat suit, i would think that catwoman will make it into the 3rd film although it should be set as the new gam Arkham asylum all villains (those remaining) vs batman ti would be a very good idea however the riddler by himself comes across as a very weak and easily beaten enemy there will be another villain if the riddler is involved

They're going to bring Joker back eventually. Its just going to be hard to follow Heath. Johnny Depp could do it, but stil... it would be hard. Kates' a good choice for Talia though. But Catherine Zeta Jones would be a better choice.

They held the funeral so people would believe Harvey Dent was dead, it was not open cascett so no one saw Harvey. They were trying to cover up the acts Two Face commited at the end of the Dark Night. My entire theory is explained in Batman 3 Villains (personal) being posted today.

Chris Nolan wants Joker in the third. Joseph Gordon-Levitt will take over as The Joker. I'm calling it. Harvey Dent/Two-Face is dead. It said in the script, "his neck broken" from the fall.
It would be creative to combine The Riddler and Bane. Riddler would have the mind, whilst Bane would have the muscle. They would make a deadly combination against the Batman. However, I'm not sure who could play them...

First off two face is not dead, he survived the fall, Joker could be shown in arkham while twisting Harleen Quinzel's mind. Riddler seems to be the most discussed for the villain though.

ok...i agree....the joker should not be a recast but the harly quinn thing could work.....in almost every batman movie there has been atleast 2 villians..harly could do jokers bidding while he is in arkham..he was caught, not killed......and the other... well a realistic fit would be, catwoman, or the riddler....but keep it dark..they took the happy, prankster joker..and made him what i feel is the true joker..dark, sinister, and a lil twisted...i think they should keep that concept for villians

robin and penguin just dont translate well with the realistic tones. they also shouldnt flood the movie with villains and supporting characters since thats what ruined the xmen and spiderman movies, twoface should be left dead and no one can do the joker justice since ledgers death so harley really isnt necessary, the riddler is the most logical choice for a realistic villain portraying him some what like jigsaw from the saw franchise would be interesting, catwoman would also work

Chris Nolan's face at the Oscars last Sunday night indicated that he probably won't even make a Batman follow-up. Notice how he has had no comments relative to being inspired to make a third film. In fact, he stated that the Dark Knight did such an incredible job, that he thinks to create another one as visceral, would be difficult.

ok this is what i have heard over at Nolans camp.
theyre replacing chris bale with adam west, theyre adding massive testicles to the bat suit, bill cosby is lucius fox, oprah is catwoman (studios execs said they needed more black people), stephan hawkins is the riddler and theyre digging up heath grave so he can play the joker again (only to kill him in the opening sequence). oh and johnny depp will be working as the boom stick operator.

ok hush could be like a minor vilian (like with bane and killshot) all hired by crime bosses to kill the batman, main villian must be a individual smart organizer of these events and weaknesses analizedfrom the bat's run-in with the joker! If your suggesting Hush be the main villain for the sequel, then it wouldn't be a small role. Not trying to knock you down or anything I'm just saying Nolan looks for actors with the right acting style for the part, not just the right look. I have just recieved a top secret leak of some huge comic book movie news. My sources have just informed me that the next installment of the Batman movie franchise will team up with the Superman franchise and will have directors Christopher Nolan and Bryan Singer working together on this monumental project. No word on villians or story yet, but i am hearing that it will take place in both Metropolis and Gotham City. At the moment,they are calling it Batman vs Superman. I will keep you up to date

Hahaha, Batman vs Superman has been talked about for the last 10 years. They said in order for that to happen, there would need to be atleast three Batman movies, and three Superman movies. SUperman Man of Steel which comes out in June is a reboot of the Superman franchise, So we won't be seeing a Batman vs Superman movie for a looooooong time. After they are done milking comic book franchises and stuff and they are out of ideas then maybe that will happen.

batman vs superman is in the works right now. the collaberation is meant to derive from the failure of the last superman movie and help the batman franchise steer away from the void left by ledgers death. i know this because i will be doing the editing on the film before it hits theators in the summer of 2012. expect a different cast and crew and another film from each franchise before. this project is still a baby but it has definitly been born!!!

Batman vs Supermans script was written back in 2002 or 03 and that movie was soposse to be a reboot of both franchises, The project was later dropped, thus Batman Begins was created. Tha5t movie will happen sometime down the road, But not until the new Superman movie is released and the new Batman movie si released, plus it depends on how well they do. You're not an editor ether. dude, Kate Beckinsale expressed interest as CATWOMAN, NOT TALIA! ok, I admit Talia'd be cool to see, but Catwoman takes the cake hands down! but I completely applaud and agreed with Hush, and Staham would do good. I've been taking Batman 3 very seriously and everyone wants the Riddler, but Hush fits better into the series. Nolan also wanted a villain who WAS NOT in the original series before, hence the Scarecrow and Ra's Al Ghul. Joker and Two-Face came in only because they were popular and fit.

i agree that hush should be the villain. it makes perfect sense: nolan picks villains with no superpowers, to be realistic, and no mutations beyond the improbable. hush fits the part and could easily fit in with the story line. i see the riddler in the next one aswell.
