i believe that her presence in cotabato is a gesture of sharing philippine independence in the south particularly mindanao, which past leaders have never considered...its not easy to be a president, but her critics always weigh out negative actions over things she has done to alleviate harsh conditions of the citizens of the country...although it may be in a miniscule scale, but standard of leaving may have improved...
