what's wrong with you guys ... you don't die of proteins ... even if consumed too much you eject it with urin ... lol ... sorry but ... it's true ... proteins are the only natural thing that is to consume in order to gain muscle mass faster what matters the bodybuilding and fitness ... but proteins should be used when on steroids because you can't eat 4 plates of food, so you eat 1 and drink a cup of proteins to get the quantity you need ... there is much much more ... bodybuilding = science

His kidneys were completely shut down by how my protein powder he's taking. If you notice they even removed the kidney which was completely dead.

Everything you take has to be filtered out by the kidneys eventually. I think this just sends a message out to people not to abuse anything.
