Er, Postal Service is an electronic band. The use synths to make their music. They aren't claiming to be 'playing' guitar like these guys.. I'm not huge on electronic music, either, but atleast they aren't trying to pass altered instrument charts as their own. Arranging a melody on Logic then using it as a backing track is different then auto tuning your guitar track.
