Nothing apart from some damage happend, i don't see the point in saying you were in the house when it happend, or in the car that got hit 5 minutes earlier. If America made houses of more then a bit of chewinggum, chicken wire and papier mâché the first wall it encountered would have stopped the damn thing alltogether. They messed up big time, for sure. But lets appreciate the fact nothing went actually bad apart from some holes? They are just as shocked as the victims are.

@13qmab When fired directly at a wall probably not, but the thing already lost a lot of momentum bouncing off the pavement and a proper brick/concrete wall would have held it, and if it did not it would certainly not have gone through the wall after that, most definately not through 3 some walls exiting at the rear moving on to destroy more like it owns the place. A concrete wall is obviously harder then a wall made out of some wood, isolation material and chickenwire with some plaster on it. ;)

In a lawsuit you must prove damages. In this case damage appears minor and limited to property. Affected parties were basically taking it very casually and even joking around. I didn't see too much anguish, trauma or anything even approaching stress. Unless an attorney invents "cannonball anxiety disorder" - this is a non-issue.
