Interesting, I have recently seen video's of police committing real crimes. Extreme acts of police brutality, crimes against humanity...these police officers acted better then any I have seen in any recent video, holler at me and I will want to ask you what your problem is. This person is a retard.
I am normally very critical of police activity. The male officer did an excellent job. Now: why he was even doing whatever it was....probably was not needed and probably would have been best just to talk to her like a human being and not chain her up. Not all states have to have female cops search females if the female said its ok they do have to ask tho and in this who knows if they did or didn't have they do have the right to go onto some ones property if there is probable cause or some one is shouting at them when they have some one pulled over I think its funny how they youth to think they know everything but they dont. Ok, she didn't need to consent to the searches. They need a warrant. Period regardless whether it's a house or a car. She gave up an amendment for that. The search seemed very legit. The dumb ass should of ask different questions when the officer was bieng friendly. I would like to know why you are searching her. Has there been a crime commited that I should know about. If he stated know then ask if he is a Nazi. Then ask why he is violating her rights. Did she give consent to search her vehicle. Ok, she didn't need to consent to the searches. They need a warrant. Period regardless whether it's a house or a car. She gave up an amendment for that. Second of all, that hillbilly was obstructing justice. Yes, under the first amendment, he has freedom of speech but they were doing their jobs of probably getting some obvious hazard off the road. (CONT) the right to investigate. He committed a crime by disturbing the peace therefore his actions allowed the Police Officers the right to enter onto his property to conduct and investigation. His stall tactics in regards to providing his ID when requested by a Police Officer comes damn close to if not a violation all in it's own of laws pretaining to failure to follow a lawful order given by a peace officer. The bottom line is this, if he has such and issue with the Police and their actions..

The people who feel that the Police Officers were wrong by arresting this moron are almost as dumb as he is. When you create a disturbance by yelling you are in violation of the law. No one has the right to disturb others peace which is what this moron is doing by yelling at the Police and calling them names. Regardless of what he said, him raising his voice like he did in a manner that cause's others to stop and gawk or other wise draws attention to himself for no just reason gives the police..
