  • In Norway the ER-6n costs 12.200 €, or 17.500 US$, without the ABS. But it is still worth it!

  • omg...it's a disgustingly high price...food for tought, but maybe in Norway the average salary and tax are higher, than in the other countries!!!?

  • That it correct, but the main reason is the government's taxation on polluting vehicles, so for pretty much all Norwegians, buying a car or a motorcycle is one of the biggest investments you do during your life.

  • It's same there in Hungary...but the minimum wage you can earn just 65.000Ft = €240...so its hard to live here too...have a good day... thx for replies

  • Man, really????? I got mine for 5990 €! And it was brand new!

  • yeah its an er-6n but with windshield...

  • In Hungary it costs 1.990.000Forints with ABS, and its equal with € 7110...stupid country...broad path for you

  • in greece 5700 euro!!!

  • oh greece and you are lucky...then buy one

  • @mitsaras68 in italy 6200

  • youre good... nice video... I wanna get mine next year it cost me US$ 13.000 here in Indonesia. How much this bike worth in USA or Europe?

  • Well, it does depend on the country... Here in Switzerland it costs around 10500 USD.

Some european countries are much more expensive.

  • In France the 2010 er6n coast 6299€ without ABS and 6899 with =)

  • @F7seven 2010 model in us is $6,600 USD here in america

  • @pipoechi for that much money i only got the kawasaki 250r

  • @budimard New in France it costs about 11000USD. We have it easy thanks to the Euro being stronger than the dollar these days.

You can get a very good second-hand one here for about 6000USD, because they loose their value fairly quickly.

  • @budimard i bought one here in the us for 6,700 usd

  • @budimard 8700USD in France (6500€)

  • It's ER-6F not N...

  • Why do you claim something you do not know nothing about... You might take a closer look at the tachometer, and you'll see it's a N !

  • @F7seven Thats a neutral indicator switch "Why do you claim something you do not know?"

  • @F7seven did you put fairing on the bike? or were the earlier er-6n models built with fairing?

  • @F7seven The N in ER6-N stands for naked. F is the cockpit one.

  • @MrJelle2503 So what? The one in the video is a N

  • @F7seven coz you wrecked it and put alternative parts on the bike. Naked is the way to go =)

  • @F7seven why does it have a windshield then??

  • @jerseyy Aftermarket windshield, does improve the sound recording quality and does protect the camera lens

  • @F7seven nice. i would love to see how this bike looks like with this windshield on. i hope to see some photos on google.

  • its N , not F!

  • @XHarleyD its n not f...!

  • @XHarleyD haha way to do your research before making a comment

  • @XHarleyD If you're saying there isn't an er6n then you're wrong. The er6f is the ninja 650. The er6n is the naked ninja 650 If you're saying its a ninja 650 because there's a wind shield then you could be wrong I don't know he may have added it for steam lining

  • @XHarleyD

    u dumb shit. go die.

  • @XHarleyD no....its er6n with aftermarket fairing.....check the brackets...... and also the meters on er6f dont look like this.

  • How is the ER6N compair to the Z750 ??

  • Completely different... you can't compaire a Twin to a 4 in-line engine

  • So u guys would buy a ER-6n insted of a Z750 ?

  • i also would like to buy bike either er6n or z750.. yesterday i had a test driving on a er6n this thing is a monster!!! verry verry good bike its much better in real as at the videos on youtube!

  • I not test drive it yet. But i love the bike. If i go fore the 6n. Then i going to take of the ugly tail. And change the front. I realy not like it. The seat from the z750 looks so much cool 2.

  • yes the seat from the z750 is verry nice but is it possible to put it on, on a er6n??

  • @InTheFleshForever Well let's see.

    The ER6N has 76bhp and weighs 195kg, that's 389,74 bhp per ton.

    The Z750 has 106bhp and weighs 210kg, that's 504,76 bhp per ton.

So yeah, they're pretty much uncomparable. A Z750 has more power, acceleration and top speed. It only looses on manoeuverability and weight.

  • Nice Video!

I'm going to buy a ER-6n at next Year!

This guy in front of you can only go fast on straight line...

  • Nice ride, thanks for the vid!

  • You have much better lines than Stevie Wonder in front of you.

    Good work.

  • Thanks!

  • @makinpost LOL

  • Thank you.

  • Hey- what kind of screen did you add to your ER-6n? I just bought a 2009 ER-6n and am looking at various screens, but haven't found anything I really like yet...

  • This one is from Puig, but I don't find it attractive it's just functional for race track.

  • Does it improve protection agains wind hitting your chest and a helmet??

    Best Regards...

  • Well, yes a little bit, but foremost it does protect the camera lens and improve the sound recording.

  • Sweet Video! Ride On!

  • No, I assume that a 150 tire will give more traction problems. My levers are grinding, not the pegs. I have changed my pegs to Rizoma, a fully adjustable footpeg system, pegs are now even a little bit higher. Don't care about the weight :-) change some parts to carbon instead...

  • F7seven what kind of changes You've made to the bike?...

The exhaust is not stock for sure I can hear that:)

    What else You've done?

  • Believe it or not, the exhaust is the stock one.

Unfortunately, on this race track my Scorpion exhaust is not allowed. I have mounted aftermarket footpegs from Rizoma and a gear indicator for race track. The tires I use are Pirelli Supercorsa SC1/SC2 (racing tire). Thanks for watching!

  • Hi F7seven! Good vid! I was just wondering what tire size you were using? I use a 120/60 in front and a 160/60 at the rear. I noticed with these sizes Im currently using now, the tires are oversized for the rims... do you notice that too?

  • What do you mean by oversized? I also use 120/60 and 160/60, I find the Pirelli Supercorsa is very suitable for the ER-6. Fits perfectly, I mean the road tyre does also have these sizes. What I have noticed that even when taking corners at full angle, I'm not able to use the whole tyre width.

  • F7seven, when i say oversized i mean im not able to use the whole width of the tire, just like you. Even the front! But when i was using 120/70 on the front, i could use the whole width of the front. Its because the higher profile of tire increases the available contact patch when leaned over. and seeing that both of us cant use the entire width of the tire, i think using a rear 150/55 will solve our problem and even make the bike a little faster (lighter). Dont you think?

  • I guess it would make it a little bit more handy. But not faster. I don't think you will be able to use the whole width, even with a 150/55 tire. A thinner tire means less angle needed for same curve radius. My problem is that I'm not limited by the tire, but by the braking and shift lever which do grind on the ground. I guess 160/60 is the best alternative. More angle! More lean angle!

  • Then do you think a 150/60 or a 150/65 would solve our problem? Because if a 160/60 wouldn't allow us to use the entire width of the tire, it is wasted rubber and wasted rubber equals more weight...your pegs are grinding? did you take off the hero blobs?

  • i just bought a new plasma er-6n friday....i never rode a bike so i am taking a msf course this weekend...ive been reading that the ride is a bit cramped for tall riders i am 6ft 234lbs

  • Great ride, nice to see someone who actually knows where he's supposed to shift on the ER6.

  • Agreed...!
