motorists I see every day. 1. very very few motorist STOP for signs or stop before crosswalks at lights. 2. motorist almost never comply to speed limits, unless there is traffic. 3 very very few motorist signal turns or lane changes. 4. very very few motorist actually know the laws. 5. motorists kill tens of thousand every year in the US. 6. Billions of dollars are taken from the US to buy oil from other countries. 7 motorist become dumber with the more toxic car exhaust fumes they breathe in.
@cyclenut . Motorists do a much better job following the rules than bicyclists. The bike solution isn't really a solutions since all of these people will get in cars any time they need to travel long distances. These are just a bunch of whiny kids with a sense of entitlement. Critical Mass is the hieght of Western arrogance.
Going to school in the city, I never see cars going any faster than they are in this video. Sooo..get over your whining. If you're bothered, get a bike and do what every one else does on the last friday of the month. Is it gonna kill you?
Critical Mass is not meant to stop traffic. As you can see, traffic is proceeding at a moderate pace. Just because cars have to stop doesn't mean traffic is stopped, you unilaterally minded morons. Everybody has to stop sometimes.
Critical Mass is neither meant to protest cars. It is meant to promote cycling.
Got stuck in this, as Ronn Owens calls them "Critical Massholes" I have once yet to see them halt at a stop sign. Yeah all the laws support them , but they disregard the basic traffic laws. HEY! Try to stop at an intersection for once! Go to the Mt. Diablo cut off in Danville, not a single biker stops for the right of way.
Hi, I don't see a protest at all. I just see people bicycling in the street and going home from work -- I guess. And traffic doesn't looked stopped. It's going along quite smoothly and quickly. :-)
Future roadkill......hopefully.
