i read the book, and own the album, it was very, interesting, to actually look at someones notes on life, and actually accept the fact that "hey i made a wrong turn, but i can get back on my feet again, so just deal with it " ( thats what the book basically told me) but all and all it was a great adventure to read and come to understanding ones nature in different situations

Heroin Diaries was the best rock book ever. Written in pure honesty by Sixx. At times I got so angry as I read on about his destructive behavior. i read the book, and own the album, it was very, interesting, to actually look at someones notes on life, and actually accept the fact that "hey i made a wrong turn, but i can get back on my feet again, so just deal with it " ( thats what the book basically told me) but all and all it was a great adventure to read and come to understanding ones nature in different situations

@isoperuna2 no . nikki sixx is amazing . i love how he overcame his past and wrote a book about it . he doesnt let the fame get to his head . like he still has that fuck off or fuck you attitude he always had . hes slowed down his partying , and his drinking and hes still preforming all these years later . hes come along way , hes been sober for years now . i think thats amazing to over come espically how addicted he was in the 80s . hes done and overcome alot . i look up to him . hes my hero .

Heroin Diaries was the best rock book ever. Written in pure honesty by Sixx. At times I got so angry as I read on about his destructive behavior. Nobody thought he would ever live to tell his story but he did. Sixx is a living legend and a real survivor who inspires so many to get clean. Thanks Nikki, much love!

Sadly yes and that's all about cirkumstances but play Rock N' Roll is something you have or have not. A talent. And you have it wether you do drugs or not. So in the beginning drugs has nothing to do with Rock n' Roll. You can hear that from Nikki himself too.

Yeah I totally agree I cried Alot too but in the same time its written with soo much irony, sarcasm and humor that you laugh alot aswell, I think that if Heroine Diaries would have been written without the irony and humor it would be unreadably sad, Amazing book though, everyone should read it!! I love Nikki Sixx as an artist, Motley Crue is one of my favourite bands alltime and I've found a new love Sixx AM (All I can say about Sixx AM is Simply Amazing!!!!!)
