For example, when they repeatedly draw her with car ears or with cat-like features she's in "cunning/wily/sneaky/catty" mode. When they draw an over sized head its supposed to represent the idea of conceitedness, like she's full of herself or boastful. Her head was big because she was proud of "stealing" Ryo from Momo.
