One thing that scares me is that Britain is a country whereby you are supposed to be free to say what you want. It is a democracy (in theory). Just because people disagree with them, doesn't mean they should be intimidated. It would be worse if people couldn't say their views. Why should everyone conform to just the 3 major parties?

This is a situation that we are currently wrestling with here in the U.S. Our Constituion gives us all the right to free speech. Even those views as vile and disgusting as Nazi hate and racism are protected. Unfortunately a great many people, from fascist hate groups to right wing television pundits are exploiting the election of an African American president for their own self interest. They are spreading lies and fear and advocating violence. Skin heads are bullies...

In the context of our current political discourse I dont think these people against Nazi policies were out of line. Maybe if people in 1930 stood up to the original Nazis in similar fashion millions pf lives could have been saved.

I agree that the mainstream media 'is taking advantage of this' in the UK too. Definitely advocating violence which only makes this worse but people buy their papers. Interestingly a Green Party member won his court case after being harrassed at work by others.
