I can tell u that the ending was no rush. It was meant to be like that. too long? 150 mins is not that long. I even know kids that would say that The Dark Knight was too short. Get it? It was a far better film. Iron Man was what you can consider a rush. The villain was too dry. an Afghan terrorist as a villain? I believe i never said it is the best crime movie but one of the best. I would consider it in the top 20 ever. However it was the best comic movie ever.
to compare batman and iron man, you can't use The Dark Knight (TDK) even though it came out the same year, you have to use Batman Begins, when Iron Man 2 comes out you can compare TDK and Iron Man 2 but that's about it
Lets not loose our heads here...The Dark Knight was obviously better, story line wise and cinematicly, if IronMan came out in a different seaon other than Batmans it would of done better!
well the dark knight (TDK) was a sequel and ironman was not so ironman had to teach the viewer about the ironman world whereas TDK had already layed that foundation in the previous film and so it could go straight into the story more quickly.
I don't know how the storylines can be compared and how one could be better than the other. Some would say one is better than the other but then some will think they are equally good. For me I think they were both good with neither better than the other
the 2 movies have the same genre but they tottaly differ, and hard to compare. this is more unique cause of the technology and how this iron man is made. their both very good movies as well as the new hulk and hopefuly much more to come with the avengers. i hope that movie blows everything out of the water.

wow i honestly don't believe what you said about Heath Ledger.
I can tell you that Ledger put in one of the best performances ever.
The first half of the movie just sucked.
The second half just went by so friggin fast.
And the trailer just gave it away.
Only the performances and the special effects were good in Iron Man.
The Dark Knight was great in nearly every aspect.
Which made it not only the best Superhero movie ever but one of the best crime movies ever too.

I don1 think Gwyneth is bad :) she was just a bad pick for the role. I would have gone for someone with more character. I don't know why but Gwyneth seems too transparent. You are right about Kirsten... she is annoying :))).
