  • @ku42 Can't really think of a better exercise for the upper back then pull ups. There is not really a replacement for that exercise. For the lower back you can do deadlifts if you have weigths or do hyperextentions on the floor.

  • @jmurphy95 When you get bored by doing the same exercises over and over (like me) you will try to find variety. Some exercises are commonly known and others (like this one) are only known by some people. There are some exercises I have made my own, but I'm always inspired by other exercises.
