Can you elaborate on what's wrong with Gal129's Eagle so we know what to expect if we download it?

Lightning fast low attacks while dashing (the HK one having very long range), potential for 100% combos thanks to no real damage dampening and being able to chain a Super after a special into the same special into the Super again, high priority on most attacks, glitchy running/ducking transitions ... and he crashes MUGEN a lot.

@AshramVII hey Ashram, I found Anonym by NS but, I'm scared it's the BETA could you tell me where you got her?

on a side note: I actually HAD Akatsuki Blitzkampf and I never knew that you had to hold back to make her attack normally. So, thats why I was never able to be good with her no matter how much I wanted to be. I wanted her to be my 2nd main.

It's like we can't get a good version of Eagle nowadays. Gal129, as you said; Basara-Kun's is SFA3 styled, but has huge damage output and a counter bug. I think Byakko made one, but I dunno where that one lies. :P

Byakko's site exploded a while back. Knowing how his Kyosuke works, the parry window's probably HUGE and has a parry that gives life back.
