  • i need that instrumental!

  • fav part at 3:30

  • what about doing to front and rear windshield?

  • Are you still able to use the rear defroster, after tinting the rear window?

  • @azrial4421 yes. the rear defroster function is not affected.

  • Just remove the interior door panels, makes it a LOT easier!

  • @auxmike yes because more work means it's easier...

    WAT IS THIS LOGIC!

  • whats the best and easiest way to remove those decal stickers from the inside of my window? I just ordered my snaptint kit a few days ago and should be coming in the next few days

  • Hi dracolnyte,

It's the same as how you remove old tints. You can use a hair dryer or heat gun to heat up the stickers so the adhesive become softer. You then peel it off from a corner and clean the remaining adhesive by acetone/ammonia based cleanser, like nail polish remover. If there is some tough glue/adhesive on the window, you can also try to use things like Goo Gone which you can easily get in Walgreen.

  • my name is pedro pedraza, and we have a new line of hp window films, called blackout hp window films, great quality film, for more information please give us a call 909 596 5422

  • you dont show the end product. its prolly crappy.

  • @Termin8trix haters gonna hate

  • @Termin8trix We sold thousands of tint kits every year but we don't have pictures from customers' finished work. We do have some pictures that we were running test for new films. If you want, we can definitely email you. You can always click on "Contact Us" at our website and request pictures. We'll be able to email you.

  • does snap tint carry suntek car window film?

  • @nma419 We carry films from different manufacturers and we have our home brand too. But rest assured, all the tints are at the same professional grade as SolarGard, SunTek, Global and etc.

  • wait I thought your not supposed to roll down the window or roll it up for 3 days and your video says after re-installing the weathergasket roll the window up

  • @davidblainesbetter You only roll down window one time right after the installation is finished to re-insert the weather gasket. Then you roll it up and keep it up for at least 3 days and longer if the weather is cold.

  • Do you wet the window and film with the baby shampoo solution or just plain water?

  • You use the baby shampoo solution to both clean and wed the adhesive on the film.

  • @SnapTint can you use the baby shampoo solution to clean the tint when on window, clean window, and to apply tint on window?

  • @imupabove Yes, you can use the same baby shampoo solution to clean the window prior to installation, to apply the tint and to clean the tint when it's on the window. As long as you don't use ammonia based cleaning product like Windex, it will be fine. The ammonia based cleaning product will damage the adhesive.

  • @SnapTint thanks for reply! in this video is looks so easy! all i got to do is follow every step in this video and im golden right? any tips on installing the a pre cut rear piece tint?

  • @imupabove Yes, it should be just as easy as what you see in video. Of course, if you have an extra hand to help during installations to handle films, etc., it will be better. However, the difficulty of installations also greatly depends on the type of cars. Some car models have more curved rear windows or tighter side and bottom gaskets and it will be harder to tint.

For more curved windows, you will need to repeat heat shrinking motions more patiently and slowly.

  • @SnapTint hello are u there? did you get my comment?

  • @imupabove We also have lifetime replacement program where you only pay $9.99 for a replacement piece even for the largest rear windshield. You can always have a second chance to try without paying the full price of purchasing a new kit.

  • @SnapTint How do I find the $10 feature? I can't find it on the website. I messed up the driver side tint so I need a new one.

  • @n3rdbear I don't seem to be able to post the link here directly. Once you go to SnapTint's home page, type in "replacement" in the URL after the main address. If you still have problem finding it, please contact our customer support.

  • Good question. You can roll down the window to re-install the weather stripping. You must roll the window back up to expose it to the sun to allow it to dry out properly.

  • i have a question, i installed a tint on my car but it fingers out on the back window really bad! it goes from all corners to the center of the glass! i installed it yesterday and is it to late to go over it with a blow dryer? i tried ealier today but it didnt do anything!

  • @STREETRACEN4U

It should still work though it's better if you can follow up every couple hours after the installation is done. The heat gun should work very well at that time.

If you would like to try it again, we have lifetime replacement program where you can purchase any single window for $9.99 each for any reason.

  • @SnapTint

yeah those fingers are in there perty bad and i will need to buy a new rear window l8r in the futer but im pretty sure i bought from u guys b4 if u have an ebay then yeah i bought from u guys. i lost the tint install instructions but thatsalright. u guys have top noch quality film. nice. il buy from u guys when i get another car. and when i redo my film on my current car.

  • @STREETRACEN4U Thanks for your comments. However, we don't have an ebay store. We do have an Amazon store. The best way to order is to visit our site. It will give you the most flexibility to configure your tint shade and everything.

  • They say to roll down window to re-install weather stripping. Then they tell you not to rill down window for three days. Should we wait three days to re-install weather stripping or oare we risking damging our tint job?

  • @blackcrappy You only roll down window one time right after the installation is finished to re-insert the weather gasket. Then you roll it up and keep it up for at least 3 days and longer if the weather is cold. It will give the tint enough time to cure so it will not peel in the future while the window rolling up and down.

  • Thx for this training!
