You know whats funny, I did a 20 day water fast and i did not feel "spiritual" at all. I went from eating a Standard American Diet to water fast and i had no detox symptoms either. Why is that?

I'm so glad I dared to go down this road, it's an experience that will have changed my life FOREVER. Moving forward I will be fasting one day per week and an extended water fast every four months or so!!!

I'm completely buzzing right now, so many good things came from this!

EVERY/BODY is unique but you can reach YOUR potential by eating healthy organic raw foods, yoga, running and any other exercise you enjoy the key is consistency! I can tell you being BUFF isn't all that I used to be twice this size all MUSCLE but I wasn't healthy. The key is being happy, lean, healthy and to have FUN!!!

@RawFoodVeganSungazer Look into Mexican Wild Yam extract, as a natural steroid replacement........I accidentally discovered it. I was taking it for other reasons, and one side effect was extremely fast muscle growth, strength increase, increased libido. Mexican Wild Yam is eaten as a staple in some countries where the people live long and maintain virility to old age. This might add the edge to increase muscle mass faster.

@RawSangha You can buy it for sure.....in bulk from online. I was, however, taking the extract, which is quite powerful, and was not aware how powerful. That can be purchased as Mexican Wild Yam Extract, and is much easier to take than massive amounts of the Yam itself. I think this yam will grow in California also.
