Hi reminds me of the franklin planner that my mom used for years and that i have used for 2 years I am just starting to get organized and train. This also remined me of how much i watched bruce lee flims when i was a kid.
Bruce Lee's work ethic was 20xs or more the regular person's. I believe he thought of the human body as a shell and he wanted to make it as strong as his mind and spirit. We are amazed at the level he reached but something tells me he was just getting started. One thing about him, he wasn't selfish... he saw a fighting advantage in everyone and taught them to be themselves, not him.He is truly one to Marvel forever.
someone can make this clear? Many sites say bruce avoided dairy products, but in a interview with Shannon Lee herself she claimed Bruce lee drank alot of whole milk, and raw eggs. She also said that he ate a lot of fat because he exercised so vigorously so he needed that fat. Thats what i read in an interview. So whats the truth?
hey Shannon, do you know if his back injury got in the way of his working out at times? I pulled a muscle in my back and I think when I move a certain way sometimes, I retweek it and am slowed down.
Omg. I remember buying this book almost 6 years ago! Man, the memories. It was a phaze at the time that I was so interested into Bruce Lee and improving myself. Look back on it and still remember. I'll never forget it. Amazing book!
I just want to say thank you for this. I'm only 18 and I know I wasn't around to see Bruce's works, but he has inspired me on so many levels and is the biggest influence on my life.
1968 was when Bruce decided to go 'all out' with his exercises, he was heavily influenced by Miyamoto Musashi's 'Book of the Five Rings' and Musashi's philosophy of mastering all weapons and never having any set style or rhythm. Also Musashi's absolute insistance of constant training, not to mention his 'five ways of attack' which inspired Bruce to experiement with his own ways of attacking an opponent - but without any set pattern in doing so.
@wuhlei A set is a defined number of repetitions per exercise. For instance, if you want to do 50 sit-ups, you could do 5 sets of 10 sit-ups with a one minute break between sets. Of course the number of sets and reps you do depends on your fitness level. Hope this helps!
Hey there Shannon! Great video, I love watching your videos on your father and brother. They inspire me so much! I have all the John Little books there fantastic and I own all of the Bruce Lee books from Ohara Publishings - Bruce Lee's fighting methods their called, which are also a fantastic read for Bruce Lee fans! it's a real shame you got rid of John Little because he put together some great books on behalf of the estate.

he couldn't train for six months at all, and had intense backpain throughout his life.
