I dont think they can make you get the new flu vaccine its just highly recommended... I know I personally will not get it, simply because they have no clue what the affects will be to an unborn baby. My breasts never grew in my first pregnancy and I was able to breast feed my daughter just fine.. Even half breast milk and half formula is good so dont feel bad.
my dog has been doing that too since ive been pregnant. they say that dogs can sense that. I had really small boobs before being pregnant and now they are growing, they also have been leaking the colostrum since about week 18. so i guess every one is different. my doctor wants me to get the regular flu shot and the h1n1 shot too.

My older sister is pregnant and her boobs are smaller than mine so I don't think it's that uncommon. My dog follows my sister around everyday when she comes over too! She waits outside the bathroom for her too!

Well my best friend Ashley has an older sister (Named Katie) who's 25 and she has small boobs and she was able to breast feed so you should be okay with that. Katie's little boy (James) is a little over a year now and is happy and healthy.
Yeah! It's sad because when she sees my sister it's like I'm not there! I think they know or something it's like Amy has an energy that is pulling in my doggie!

how far along are you? it's usually not until around 7/8 months that your boobs grow with lactation.
