Idea - tip: When transfering those little beauties to the cooling rack to cook - just lay the rack, upside down on the top of the cut crackers, fold then flip your towel over and they all flip at once....then the feetsies are upside down and you don't have to use the knife to lift them out of the oven for switching.

Gotta say - your kitchen seems fun! Great Vid!

Jim,yesterday I subscribed to your channel...and I'm having a really great time watching your brilliant videos (especially the recipes)!I like cooking too and,most of all,kneading dough for bread,cookies,pizza,pastries,c­akes,jam tarts etc.The next ones that I'm going to experiment are shortbreads,meringues,patries rolls(cannolis),donuts and a typical recipe of a sort of pastry with ricotta cheese in it.

And also savoury things.I'll try your crackers too!
