I'm into calisthenics, and bar work. I will admit most vids like this don't include alot of leg exercises, but there is only so much creativity you can do with leg related exercises. You can add weights, bust out ridiculous amounts of reps, or balance on the bar. But I don't think that would be a lot of fun to watch
@htaehxela A lot of these guys were doing routines for their legs believe it or not. It just wasn't as exciting as the bar work, but legs were far from neglected in a lot of the routines. =)
