@NFLization i was wondering the same. Today I downloaded it and installed, and you have to insert the GTA IV disc. Once it goes through all the rockstar title scenes etc before it loads you Niko game it says something to the effect of "You just installed The Lost and Damned." Do you want to play it?" Obviously I picked yes and I'm glad I did, this is fucking awesome and I'm only 4 missions in!

@jimnerdy1999 no but it makes it extremely convenient. I bought it through the PlayStation Network using a gift card, and had it within probably 30 minutes. But you CAN go buy a disc that has both expansions on it.
