basically you hug his hooked wrist close to you, and you push his hips so he cant sweep you and maintain a balanced stance while you are straightening up and adding pressure to his wrist?
can someone explain in english what the guy just said? i understand you have to defend the arm that's being attacked by holding your leg or something while the other arm is pushing on your opponent's hip... but that seems more like stalling it to me? correct me if i'm wrong.

the key to learning all techniques are basically the details, so therefore the words are very important to hear, if you feel that the most of the users here don't understand, why don't you talk in english then? however the words and the explaining are vital to learning a technique in bjj.

I've used this literally 20 times successfully after learning this from a doOd in class. It works a good 80% in gettin the tap for me and so far its been 100% in at least defending the kimura. I've also successfully got a tap doing this while on the bottom although harder to pull off.

Sorry for not having a english version up yet. I will post a US version of this move on youtube later this week.
Most of what you wrote is correct and keeping your hand on his hip is very important for this to work. Lars

Bra tips men ta bort bakgrundsmusiken nästa gång. Det är orden som jag är intresserad av att höra.
