No offense mate, but if foals tried to play even the most basic battles track they'd fall flat on their faces. I've seen both live, and foals were a fine, tight, poppy post-hardcore band, good fun, but thats all. Battles had 3 guitarists all making and manipulating layers of loops (which doesn't really come across on these youtube videos), with the drummer keeping it completely tight without any click track. Regardless of whether you think their music is balls, denying their talent is idiotic.
