This is so good Thomas! I actually prefer the JX-10 leaps and bounds over the Jupiter 6... Well sonically at least...! I also have a JX-3p and a JX-8p... which is why I'm selling my Super JX + Jupiter 6 to help me fund a Prophet 5... and hey, your music ROCKS the planet!!! :)
@Sjobeck7 Thank you so much. :) BTW, if you like these songs, which I really just consider to be demos, you should check out my band: "The Roboteers". It's pretty much the same, just better! :)
You can easily find some of our music on facebook, if you want to.
@atherrien95 Hi! Thank you so much! If you like this "song", then you should check out my band: "The Roboteers". The music is very simular to this. :)

Beatifull Patch... I have a Roland XP30 and i am looking for a similar one as the one that is in the melody....could you help me to achieve it with some info about it?
Awesome, underrated synth! Great mix of true digital/analog sounds. Needs to have the PG-800 if you buy one and hope to program it, and I recommend running it through a Lexicon PCM70.
I bought one of these in addition to my JX8P - my only regret is not keeping the JX8 - I still have the JX10 and will never part with it. It has undoubtedly the best synthetic string sound to mix with digital string samples - smooths everything out.
This synth is highly acclaimed and very sought after. I hear that term so much i feel like out of the loop or something, who is underrating this synth?
@kekenalii I think it's because you can still get this synth for well under 1000 dollars. Shhhh....you don't want the same thing that happend to the Roland jupiter series to happen to this synth. In recent years that PG 400 has tripled in value. For the record you can give me one of these with the pg 400 over a Jupiter 4 or 6 any day. My opinion, obviously.
I came quite close to buy the JX-10P in 1989 because I love it I really love it, but I finally I decided to buy a a D5... Why? The value was exactly the same at that time, but I really wanted to have a multitimbral synth to use with my brand new Kawai Q80 sequencer.
God, why I couldn't see how stupid I was being, I will never forgive myself... I never saw this synth again since then in my country... :-(
Awesome synth!!! I came close to buying one of these in 1992...really, really wish I had :-( This synth really was in a league of its own, nothing else was evrr quite like it (apart from the 70 module LOL!). Great song too, nice one!
Love this keyboard. I-E7 cello is worth it alone. We would rent these for our gigs back in the day as they were super expensive when they first came out.
The JX10 is one of the synth worlds best kept secrets. It has many Jupiter 8 ty0pe sounds, is extremely fat and warm. The best news is, they are inexpensive on Ebay.
No worries... The Super JX and MKS-70 rack are already very well respected in some circles (those who have bothered to program it - rather than just listen its rather poor factory presets) - An MKS-70 and PG-800 will set you back £500 these days - I adore my MKS-70!
This is great!

One of rolands finest synths. They should take this kind of synths back into production.
By the way... great demo-song. Amazing pads and bass.

Good work. The JX-10 is a monster synth. The Rolls Royce of vintage analogs.
Visit my channel for tracks made with the JX-10 + other vintage analogs!!!

Cool. Sounds like something from a Michael Mann film, hehehe (Tangerine Dream). That was a complement & not an insult. :-)

I did it with my jx8p memory card.

Great synth but, these actually don't go cheap on ebay. Unless you consider $500-$700 cheap.

that is cheap compared to a majority of analog synths i collect.

I have to thank to the snobs, who don't really like this synth, because of it the prices are very low...if you find one catch it!
