I'm a Snapefan, have been since the Goblet of Fire; I had no idea that Lily and Severus would end up together but I knew something would vindicate Severus and help Harry see him as he was rather than as an irascible, vindictive antagonist. Hooray for The Prince's Tale. My view of Lily has Nicole Kidman floating around now... thanks both leigtimate and sarcastic.

Very beautiful! I agree that he didn't hate Harry as well. Actually Harry had a lot more in common with Severus and than James. About the only thing they had in common was resemblance, immense bravery, and some recklessness. (But that tends to be most children..) I believe that Harry stood for a symbol all that Severus lost, his sins, regrets, etc..and not just another supposed "Potter clone.." I think if he gave Harry a chance and vice-versa.....they would really like each other. :)

Well, according to anyone, Alan Rickman is considered the best choice for playing Severus Snape. I suppose you are between the very few who believes differently... I think they did THE BEST choice choosing Mr. Rickman, because he and "his" Severus are simply perfect. No need for J. Depp or anyone else. :)
