For the people that are confused, This is the same way a PSP was, a code that is unsigned means that it isn't approved by Sony to be running on the PS3, therefore it doesn't. When you can get an unsigned code working you can do pretty much what you want with it. Just like the PSP had home brew so will the PS3. What it means is that if this is real, Iso Loaders, homebrew programs are coming to the PS3, the cheap bastards that can't afford games can finally play something.

You shouldn't just discount this because they don't have any screen output yet. It's not unusual, when writing exploits for unfamiliar platforms, to first of all get it to run such code as an infinite loop so the machine locks up to give you a signal that it's running the code. I'd like to see you *you* guys write hello world for the ps3.
