How about the top of the foot? That's where it usually occurs for me.. like now. I think it's finally going away though. Yesterday, it got worst where my anterior tibial muscle began twitching by itself. Almost like the feeling that occurs before a Charley horse or muscle pull occurs. Anyways it always happens to me.
