I'm certainly no expert after 25+ dives, but even I can see your tank too low on back, too much clutter about person, your bouyancy control is lacking and the cord could strangle you if you'd have put any more air in the lift bag....
This shows up some serious defficiencies in this person's trg. That loose chord could well be an accodent in the making...wrapped around the deflator button, whipping 2nd stage out of mouth, wrapping around neck...the list goes on.
This is an indusrty that cannot tollerate such casual approaches to the sport as this diver is displaying.

He's all over the place and the line is gonna get wrapped if he ever managed to deploy the SMB. Avoid diving with someone that can't perform this simple task.
@irlam1 yes, he definitely shouldn't be doing a tutorial. however, i'm sure he can dive just fine... fortunately, however, for people like you, the only diving you'll see is off the cattle boat with a DM, so you'll never even require the use of a SMB, therefore rendering your watching this video pointless.
