idk if all of you realize just how legendary t bone is. he is one of the first to ever record with an electric guitar. he is the first real electric blues man. he began his professional career at the age of 15. he was the protege of charlie christian, who many consider to be the first widely known electric guitar player. but t bone would go more in the direction of blues, and go on to lay the foundation for everyone from b.b. king to the allman brothers.he was hendrixs hero as a child.
@ryanhashton That is so awesome to know...thanks so much for sharing that w/us. Did you also know that if it wasn't for T-Bone Walker...Johnny "Clyde" Copeland never would have come to NYC...and that he was T-Bone's protege? Again...thanks so very much for sharing! Peace & the Blues in NYC...
Das Leben ist often traurig und dramatisch, deshalb ist Blues die Wahrheit des gefühls und der Ausdruck des Lebens Leides und auch die Ehrlichkeit eines Mensches
I have this recording on CD. T-Bone was singing but wasn't playing guitar. It's great that two years later in '42 his lucrative career kicked off under his own name. One of the greatest blues guitarists to ever come from Texas.
I DO NOT WANT TO KNOW WHETHER ANTI WRINKLE CREAMS REALLY WORK WHEN I AM TRYING TO WATCH SOME FUCKING AWESOME BLUES!

I love the blues and it loves me
Life is often sad and traumatic, that's why the Blues conveys the truth of feeling and the life's pain so honestly and truthfully.
Thus springs the roots of the Blues, magnificent!
