It could be that your capture device is set to the wrong video driver settings, or something. Check the settings, and play around with them.

ummm I got the PS2 version because I lack a next-gen system, and although there's pretty much no comparison with the next-gen versions, it's still very, very good if all you have is a PS2. Had I never heard of/seen the next gen versions, I'd say the PS2 version is 9.5/10 The graphics aren't too bad (slightly above average for the PS2), the great gameplay is the same, and it has the same huge tracklist (no dlc) and if you couldn't care less about online multiplayer, the PS2 version is great.

i dont know if you were talking to me but the ps2 version is deffantly worse than the 360 verison. the only reason i had the ps2 version was because my 360 broke on gh3 release date. so i just rented the ps2 version for about 3 weeks. i never passed throught the fire and flames on ps2 because the intro was impossible, yet i have never failed yet on the 360 version. plus no online plus bad graphics so yea i think the ps2 version does suck compared to the 360 verison.
