I love Hank Sr, Hank Jr and Hank III - but even so, Jr is not bringing his A-game to the table on this track. Rehab re-recorded an update of the original a couple years ago and then subsequently put Hank on an update of the update.  Listen to the original: the vocals are 10x better, as well as a few snippets of the music. As well as a much better 3rd verse
