  • Gyroscope Robots are going to take over the world -.-

  • Super Precision?

This balance is achieved only 5 seconds -_-"

  • The taller the handle the quicker it will fall. Short handle and it will stay upright for ages.

  • @xato909 i think he meant precession

  • Put 12 of these at 45 degrees around the perimeter of a large disc. Put the unit on a scale and weigh it.

Now spin all 12 and spin the large disc while on a scale. See any changes?

You are welcome. It is time. Contacting me is easy.

  • ...

lol what are you getting at

  • mindfuck

  • YEA.... GOOGLE IS ALMIGHTY :DDDDDD

  • If you wonder how gyroscope works, what is it for, or where to get one - JUST FUCKING GOOGLE IT!

seriously people.. its that fuckin simple.

  • It's and educational toy that went you spin it, it resists to fall. It's kinda hard to explain how it works.

  • this so nice very time when i watch the video,so many things earth has to offer

  • where can i get one of these at

  • whaohoho!

  • WTF!?!?!?

  • exactly

  • science ftw.

  • That's so cool. Where can I buy one of those? =D Do you use a string to make it spin? o_O

  • omg thats cool, why aint they put something like that.. but on a much larger scale, and they could power it by a small fast engine, cuz then you could make anything balence in mid air, thats so cool

  • They could. Actually, gyroscopes are used in space shuttles the keep it balanced during flight. All they do is put a gyrocompass(which is kinda like a magnetic compass) in the shuttle, and let angular momentum do its job. xD

  • it is da MASTER of gravity >:D 5/5 :) VERYYY NICE =D

  • cool!

  • Obviously a string uncoiling or magnet of some kind.

  • There are no magnets or string used in this video.

  • Thank you. I realize this now after I looked into it more. I guess it was one of those times I commented on something I knew nothing about. You do have to admit that you could get the same effect from the unspooling of string especially with the camera angle and duration of the video. Anyways I was wrong I apologize. Cheers.

  • @OmegaProxy You sir, are a tard xD

  • @OmegaProxy *facepalm*

  • wtf that is so cool how does that happen

  • doesn't it have somthin to do with the earth rotating? idk just wondering

  • its centrifugal force i think

  • like matt said, it is all C-Force.

When the disk inside spins, it creates an equal "push" on all sides, this allwows it to stay balanced. As the disk slows, the unit will start to fall out-ward untill it lays completely flat.

If the gyro could spin infinatly it would stay completly balanced :)

I used to be obsessed with gyro's as a little kid.

  • lol, dont you mean G-force?

  • no lol, Centrifugal Force (C-Force)

  • Centrifugal force isn't present! Only centripetal!

  • can u explain plz how this thing works plz

  • im with you and what is he saying

  • Don't make fun of nerds. They could be your boss some day. You know, like that guy.. Bill Gates? or Steve Jobes even.

  • cool
