lol Carp in tail, i caught my Birthday Cod in the tail with a Doozer last year, now that 105cm Cod fought like a 100 plus pounder lol, at least carp are good for a fight, good work, hope it had a hole in its head after that.
I think , that I've heard , that carp releasing is illegal in Australia , but that's exactly , what European carp cracks do !
They're after weight records and wanna catch 'em bigger next season again !
They won't come for the sheer amounts of carp , but if they'd have a chance catching 50 pounds+ , they might think over it ?
And I guess , if you let them , the carp might probably even grow bigger "Down Under" than they do in Europe , .....60 , 70 pounds would be a good reason , lol !
you should see the numbers of carp in the local lakes and rivers,they are everywhere, im think more needs to be done to promote it as a tourist attraction for those car fishos from overseas
Yea, there is a hugh market for carp tourism from European countries. You guys could make serious money.. If they saw a guy lifting a carp with a lipgrip or kill one they would get really mad tho. These fish are holy to them.
