i love Westlife's version, but Daughtry's is way better. look at the difference in video clips, Westlife's is typically about them. there is not 2 seconds where you dont see one of their faces. but Daughtry's, is creating awareness and trying to make a difference, you only see him about 3 times in the video clip. thats what makes his version so much better. sorry all Westlife lovers :p
