@andyrockism This was around LONG before the iPhone 4 and it's iMovie... and it is still useful to those who prefer the features of this app, or don't HAVE an iPhone 4 (imovie ONLY works on iPhone 4 without hacking and crap) so THAT'S why someone would want this... not complicated dude.

In my opinion I think reeldirector is better even on iPhone 4: iMovie allows you to work ONLY with the movies RECORDED WITH IPHONE; it doesn't accept other videos stored in your camera roll...a great limitation! Reeldirector accept any video in your camera roll, non just the ones taken with your iPhone! Try: if you try to import a video with iMovie from your camera roll directory, it doesn't even see other videos than toh ones taken with iPhone; Reeldir. on the contrary recognize ALL the videos!

Since it is possible to get videos from a camera onto the iPad with the camera connection kit, it would be nice to have an ipad version, so you can take video with the nano or iphone 3gs, put it on your ipad, and make a video that way all without a computer.

Great review! After finding out that Reeldirector came out, I just had to get the iPhone 3gs from a 3g. Able to edite videos and still pictures on one stream, with music from you music list. I'm having a great time with it. My iPhone is more then a phone/iPod it's a video camera.

they can check to see if you put unofficial firmware on your iPod or iPhone, but I agree with beging locked to one arrier. I feel that it leaves you with lille opions.

blunty have you considered Jailbreaking your phone...it add alot more cool custom features to your phone and iPod if you have one. I my self have Jailbrpken my iPod touch and I find I really enjoy using my iPods new features

Well your Itouch obviously dosent have a video camera. So a video editing program for the itouch would be pointless. The app would proably require a 3.2.0 Iphone update.
