I want to buy HTC 7 Trophy, but i am wondering about the games.I need an xbox account and i need to buy these games? Or i can get free games too? I wanna get some asnwears,so please help me. Thx alot guys and nice review btw!

  • @JaggzSwagger you do need xbox acc, it's easy to set up, you dont have to but the games, there's a lot of games for free... also, xbox live acc is not demanded, you can play games without it, but not like angry birds or something like that that requires xbox acc. :D

  • I cant deside optimus 7 or htc hd7 help

  • @djMunevera htc hd7

  • I just bought an omnia 7 the screen looks amazing

  • lg!!!

  • Samsung Omnia wins!

  • FEAST your eyes on that AMOLED display.

  • Which one has the best screen?

  • SE VENDE UN NUEVO SAMSUNG OMNIA 7 CON WINDOWS, COCHABAMBA, BOLIVIA, 79364214

  • And what about the video formats? Are the same to all of these 3? And one more thing...are those 3 phones support more video formats than the iphone 4? Please smd answer!!

  • Just updated my omnia 7 it to mango beta 2, very rich experience, no problems so far. Very promising

  • Why does the trophy have such a bright screen

  • Why did my Optimus 7 loaded Undercover faster than all these 3?

  • @noname69690

probably because you have NoDo update, wich brings some noticable launching performance upgrade.

  • @replik91 Thanks, that explains it. :)

  • (Although it's not really making any remarkable difference, as you can see in the video. They are still 1ghz each :-) Omnia 7 is almost just as fast as the Optimus 7, but still - LG threw in something slightly better than all the rest, and LG should get cred for it.)

  • @BelowAreInstructions who cares tho nerd

  • @haasman100 - "Who cares"..? Well do you think this whole world revolves about Your likes and what You think? Maybe someone actually gave a shit. Certainly not you, but maybe someone else. My comment was false however, so now I don't hope anyone read it anymore. I just kept it for the conversation.

  • @BelowAreInstructions hahaha i apologize nerd i actually bought the optimus 7 because of the video and your comment so thanks

  • @haasman100 - I bet you didn't, but hey - at least you gave it a try, right? Stay in school.

  • @BelowAreInstructions I Bought it off amazon for 239...........im 25

  • @haasman100 Then I hope you're happy with it :-) I actually almost bought it too, but then I finally went for the Omnia 7 instead. And as long as we're both satisfied, it's OK. Have a nice day :-)

  • @BelowAreInstructions Sorry, but you are wrong:

    1) The QSD8650 is just the CDMA version of the QSD8250 (which only has a WCDMA/GSM radio)

    2) All LG Optimus 7 sold in retail have a QSD8250...but doesn't matter anyway because of point 1)

Just to be complete the only WP7 handsets sporting a QSD8650 are the HTC Arrive on Sprint and upcoming Verizon version of the HTC 7 Trophy.

  • @MobileTechWorldTV ---- Weird, but I thank you for the information! You are fast :-) I guess the LG's International website is quite confusing for consumers then :-) Anyhow, that phone is really good (despite the generic LCD screen). I was really impressed by it in real life, it's far more enjoyable to handle than the videos of Internet show :-P

  • @BelowAreInstructions Your Welcome :)

Yes the Optimus 7 has a really nice build quality and really feels good in the hand. The only downside that I can think of (besides the regulat TFT screen) is the camera quality (same applies HTC's phones). Only Samsung bothered to make some effort here in terms of optics and sensor :-(

  • @MobileTechWorldTV Heh, I'm glad I went for the Omnia 7 then, arriving in 2 days ;-) Too bad it's big like a brick, though. The Optimus 7 was actually felt A LOT smaller even though only 0.2" made the difference. Hmm. But by buying the best, I gotta have deep pockets, right? Big enough for the size of an Omnia 7? ;-P Heh, have a nice day, Sir!

  • @BelowAreInstructions you think your omnia 7 is big? lol seems like you owned smaller phones in the past.

  • @chltmdwp - Obviously I have had smaller phones in the past, but the Omnia 7 is still big. I still don't think it's comfortable to use with one hand, it feels like you're close to having it slip out of your hand if you don't put your pinky finger as a stop barrier beneath the lower end of the phone (or hold it very tightly in your grip). It's a slippery bastard, and compared to the Optimus 7 it sure feels big. The non-rounded, squarish format just adds to the feeling. Still - it's the sexiest.

  • i think the omnia is the overall best phone, but the update seems to be a bit of an issue with samsung, probably something to do with the amoled screens. i like all 3 phones and if i had to pick one id probably buy the trophy, but its close. im waiting for the next generation of phones or potentially the mango phones

  • The performance on the 7 trophy is faster after the NoDo update.

  • @TheGTATown

as with the other devices :]

  • I have a Samsung Omnia 7, and, for me, it's absolutely the best.

Starting from the super amoled screen, it blasts your eyes with super brilliant color and super dark black, iphone with his retila LCD will never reach the beautyness of the omnia 7 and his beautyful screen.

WP7 is a great OS, and i hope that new updates will make it even greater!

  • I would not give me one of them, or exchanged for something?

  • wow samsung screen looks good but htc trophy has my vote <3

  • when will the HTC come out for verizon it said it was

  • LG surely a great one... but the screen is not so cool compare to the other two!

  • which proves once again that HTC sucks, where'd all the colours go? I'd definitely have the samsung^^

  • @tom53332 my friend has the HTC but a different one and he thinks his phone is the best

  • @GameFan401 i'm sure he does, but you can see aswell that in this video the htc is slower, and the image quality is much lower than for example the samsung's

  • LG is the fastest because of the NAND Memory, unlike Omnia 7 or 7 Trophy which uses MicroSD.

  • @PinkMirrorKirby - -" Omnia 7 doesnt uses microSD....

  • @ssisakl Then Omnia 7 sucks with NAND.

  • when would this be coming to canada?

  • @successman87 The LG Optimus 7 is already here. You can get it with Telus. I got it about a month ago and I love it.

  • the Omnia screen is beautiful, very nice!

  • htc screen sucks :X

  • samsung amoled ftw.

  • Is the Samsung Omnia 7 available in the US? If so, what carrier is it on, because I can't seem to find this information online.

  • @MyStillRemains The Omnia 7 isn't out out in the US. But you can get the Samsung Focus on AT&T which is basically the same product but with a different design (it's mainly full plastic body compared to the Omnia's metallic back..)and it also has a micro-sd memory slot unlike the Omnia 7.

  • @MobileTechWorldTV Alright, thanks for getting back to me so fast!

  • @MyStillRemains I am thinking (and hoping) that the Omnia 7 will be on Verizon. The first two Omnias were released on Verizon a few months after their GSM counterparts if I'm correct.

  • Hey!

Do you know why the Trophy screen is so much brighter compared to the others?

    Thanks

  • @JuliannaluJ Hi,

Well it doesn't look that bright in real life(compared to how it was captured by the camera). But it does get super bright when viewed from an angle compared to the LG (the Omnia7 has nearly perfect viewing angles because of the AMOLED screen). Still can't figure out why HTC is shipping Trophy devices with SLCD and regular TFT LCD's (like the one in the video)

  • @MobileTechWorldTV Thanks for your answer!

Im thinking of buying one of the "cheaper" windows phones... Which would you recommend, the LG Optimus or the Trophy?

  • @JuliannaluJ Depends on what you call cheap and if you are buying it unlocked without a contract or not etc (what are the prices of the Omnia 7 , LG and HTC devices where you live?).. I just received the Trophy today so I didn't have time to really use it it so I can't really recommend it yet. but as said in the videos: all WP7 devices out now have the same performances and features.

  • @MobileTechWorldTV Both devices cost around 400Euro and Im going to buy it unlocked.

The LG looks best in my oppinion, so I think Ill buy that one.

  • @JuliannaluJ If both cost the same then the LG is probably the better choice right now because of the DLNA feature and Augmented Reality app. Just beware that the device feels a bit heavy in the hand (compared to the Omnia 7, Mozart, Trophy ,Focus etc..)

  • @JuliannaluJ no one knows .. but the fact is that trophy's color is the worst.. it's white or greyish.. look at samsung omina 7 .. it has SUPER AMOLED which can display 99% natural color and shows u the real black cuz it can controll the pixels individually which means it can turn off the pixels of certain part of the screen which LCD cannot do (lcd use the backlight there's no individual control of brightness or power of pixels)
