brilliant tune from underrated kiwi band. Send You did really well in Holland. my first exposure to SF was on the Dutch Radio show 'RonFlonFlon with Jaques Plafond'. All my friends loved SF- we played the SF song book at band rehearsals and so on. They should've been big.

I am a proud Kiwi, love NZ music especially from this period, and agree that this might just be the best song from the best band - such emotion. Just sounds great. Could never understand why they weren't huge - maybe lacked production values, good management, or just preferred to stay around home and play for friends - dunno. Whatever it was, they deserve more acclaim.

Maybe the best New Zealand song ever recorded. Love the way it steadily builds up Claremargaret if you listen to the lyrics it's "Hey Jane will i never know you," and said to be written for Jane from the Verlanes
