when i upload videos using this method, the sound is monophonic and of a poor quality. I've tried adjusting the sound settings, but it doesn't help.

when i export an avi file however, the sound is excellent, but the video quality suffers.

Flash is not the ideal software for editing videos. It has some features, but would not be best suited for this use.

I tired this but I got an error:

If I export it to AVI, the file is huge! like 300MB. I tried to do what it says (above) but it still doesn't work. Do you have any suggestions?
