Of course, a manual sedan will be $6000 cheaper than a DCT coupe :P

E90 is exactly as fast as the E92 in every single test (sometimes even quicker, for example Car and Driver where M3 sedan was quicker). They both handle and accelerate equally well in every single test. The reason is that the M3 sedan is only 25 - 40 lbs heavier (depending on the E92 M3 with or without the CF roof) and the M3 sedan is 3 inches shorter. They both are identical in performance and handling.

Hey - "m5boarddotcom" - have you played a game called BMW M3 Challenge? If you have, how does it compare to the real thing?

It's OK; I thought it was kind of hard to play. I would recommend Grand Turismo 4 for PS2 driving the BMW M5 E60 on the nordschleife chasing Mercedes SL65 and more...

Also, the new Grand Turismo will have the new M3, that is the one to have.

So is GT* more realistic or more fun to drive... or both? I played GT4 with an M5 and I did like it a lot, however I think that GT* is a mix of arcade and realism - not a simulation. it's a really good series though.

I havent drivne the M3 simulation enough to judge, the modding part ofGT4 is a bit too unrealistic...

To drive actively in cornes and turns its the BMW M3, it is lovely to push. But an M3 can never be as fast as an M5 or M6 on the Autobahn at speed, it doesn't have the gearing or power. Few cars are as fast as an M6 at speed.
