  • every protos player who goes fast robo is easy win go mass merine maura with slow goodbye

  • I think this is a good strategy, but if you get a third barracks and research stim pack concussive shells and the shields its alot more affective.

  • Wow all you guys leaving neg comments must be super pro or something if you that great then make your own videos i found this to be helpful.=]

  • So what?what do u think u are?another Terran rusher

  • this video was usless you are a noob and clearly your opponent was even worse you did not do any scouting what so ever please learn how to play before you post strategy videos you also sound borderline uhhh ummm ahhhhhh retarded

  • lame.

  • the fuck i could end this game in 3 mins

  • This was a good move. Catching protoss during tech is key to victory, as their teching AND units are expensive. Plus, without constant harassment, protoss will own you.

Plus, with a move like this, you're still able to produce extra units

I like to place down fewer units for the early game run, and construct thors. First run may die but the second one is almost risk free. :)

  • make sure they have enough food :P ye oke so marines chew on minerals and drink vespene gas ^.^

  • @DCFreakz15 The supply depots.. Are for food. I hope you were sarcastic.

  • @Stinnie89

I always found it weird that in Starcraft "food" stuck from Warcraft. Terran, you can kind of udnerstand it. . but Protoss and Zerg? Maybe Overlords hold snacks or something but I doubt very seriously that there's any food inside a pylon.

  • @Mahbu With protoss it is electricity. Dont know about zerg though.

  • @Stinnie89

    . . . I. . don't think they eat electricity.

I honestly believe people are reading too much into the supply thing. x:

  • @Mahbu Its just not about food, because of the gameplay the protoss need pylons as an energy source. Why would there be food in overlords, they fly all the time. Its just because of the gameplay element, and they try to give it a bit of meaning, because people always want to explain stuff.

  • @Stinnie89

I know that. But to say "protoss don't have enough food" is just weird.

  • my first beta match i won XD

  • thumbs up if the haters should eff off...-___-

  • "pro" tricks againts a noob...nice

  • Definitely NOT PRO.

They're not called 'zeeelotts'. Also, there is no alternate pronunciation. Don't even try to argue that.

And no Starcraft player refers to supply as food. Its not food. Never was. Go beat SC1 and play it a few years then come back.

Also, nice way misleading title. Neither of you are good at SC2, you're proficient at best... cant say anything for the opponent... and there are no tricks in this vid!

BUT STILL. Thanks for the starcraft 2 footage!

  • Wasn't really a rush.. Lame. Opponent sucked. Double rax and he only has 2 zealots,1 sentry, and a stalker. If you're going to tech you NEED sentries!! They're the most useful unit in the protoss race, and have the capability of diving/blocking armies. Look at my channel, first video; it's an undefeated 2 vs 2 strategy using sentries!!!

  • I don't see much in the way of a "pro trick" here.

  • lol if your opponent just went void ray rush you probably would have lost.

  • rush is for cowards

  • Pro Tricks? lulz :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

  • PUMPIN OUT THE SWEET STUFF

  • Consistently pumping your mom!

  • PRO TRICKs ? you are kidding right ? you should called noobs play ...

  • The time it takes him to run his reinforcements around would also allow his army to be vulnerable

  • That double rock didn't play a role at all... As long, as it took, to take them down, you could have also walked the long way... Your opponent was just incapable. :-D

  • @Xtra83 Actually choosing to go thru the rocks as opposed to the "MAIN ENTRANCE" of someones base is always better. Because it is less fortified.

  • @luisb1337 Uh....but the rocks go TO the main entrance -_-

  • @luisb1337 The rocks are just a shorter way to the same 'MAIN ENTRANCE'.

  • @luisb1337 : except those rocks don't go directly into his main base, it leads to the outside entrance....it will circumvent his forces if he has any going toward your base otherwise, but at this point, Xtra was correct in that you could have just walked around and his in the smoke until you had a sizable army and a scan done.

  • @luisb1337 I agree completely with luisb. The short cut allowed him to properly rush his base other than running around the rocks....much better.

  • @luisb1337 Its not less fortified at all, those rocks dont affect the entrance of his base in any way. The main entrance of his base is actually the ramp. You could have walked around in less time for dam sure. Your opponent was not very skilled and you won with an easy 2 rax push. There are no tricks here, just a bad player.

  • @Xtra83 your comment is right with the incapable and wrong, the double rock plays a big role in that strategie.

pro: quick way back to base, fast reinforcments, invisible to the mid point, protos thinks he goes the long way as he holds mid for scout thats his mistake.

con: if he loses the battle at the rush he could die quickly.

Xtra83 mistake: if he runned the long way he would have been spoted in the mid. Protos would be on alert and gather his army or have the time to build some troop

  • @Xtra83 The rock tactic is clearly a winner. If anything, it completely surprises the opp and catches him perfectly in a tech push. Excellent tactics.

  • zzzzz

  • well played sir

  • lolz he got raped =)...you got a cool voice u sound like and actor,,,dont recall his name atm..post it l8ter =)
