Edit: Also you can see the guardian 6-10 pvp gear on the left (in the start) and in the upper right bottom of the 2nd screen the ranger tier 3.

Nice, he's drawing / modeling Demonologist lvl 6-10 pvp gear there, and u can also so the 6-10 pvp gear of the BS real short @ the start.

To draw this he used a Wacom Intuos3 A4 tablet, and for the modeling the programs: 3D Studio Max + Zbrush.

Yes, they use their own programs for this, it's not availible to other people.

They've made their own world-design program.
