Really nice. I think you should find a local venue that plays live music and let the locals hear your music. I think it would be great to actually get peoples reactions to your music in person. Also you could network yourself and meat some like minded people. Keep up the good work. :)

geee, that sounds quite furious ;). pity you didn't post the lyrics anywhere here, as far as my blind eyes can see - will you? I dont know if comments are overdue since you released that already.. the chord at 2.22 sounds a bit strange, like a bossa nova, instead of subdominant one would exspect. but sometimes breaking the rules leads to new horizons... gee, I hide my head under a counterpane - but it is great anyway ;o)

Louise, I love this song. It's really great just how it is. I can totally relate to your sentiment here. The only thing I might change would be to start the verses on a lower note so there would be a dynamic change when you get to the chorus. But this can also be done with big instrumentation and harmonies on the chorus in the studio. This song is a keeper!

It's been a while since you put this song on Tube, but of you're still not satisfied, try to do it in a totally different tempo and see what's happening. Somewhere it is suggested to put the capo one fret down. It's worth trying, maybe you get more space on the high notes.

Anyway you'll find a way. Basicly the song has potential.

It's GREAT to see you during the creative process... glad you include your 're-starts'.

I LOVE your strumming--esp. at 0:45 where the band is supposed to come in. Playing seems to come so natural to you.

This melody has a nice Joni Mitchell feel to it... maybe the lyrics aren't too Joni-esque, but that's what makes it interesting.

I have no idea how I would change the song... I'm just impressed with the process as much as the final song. In this one, your guitaring was tops!

A backing band with this would work extremely well I think

of course thats the fun in music, changing things to see what works and what don't

So by all means try a bit of experimentation on whats been posted.

I dug that! ... one of your stronger originals for my taste at least. Pretty catchy. I really like the descending "no more, no more, no more... from 2:14 - 2:24. Chords could have been hit a bit crisper. Harmony might work if possible. I would have belted out one more "no more" and just held it... rocked it out for the remainder of the song. Just an idea... you rock Louise. I sent a video response to explain what I'm talking about. Rock on girl...

Well,...a lead guitar solo and fill-ins is always nice,..now that i hear this again.
