Does a beat have to be fully mixed & mastered before sending it off for copyrighting or can you send a rough draft as long as the melody is there?

@gordonjmuzik You don't copyright anything - you have by the default all rights to any creations (beats) you have made, assuming that you didn't sampled stuff you didn't clear, which is illegal.

What you generally do is that you send a work in for registration when it's done. So you are registered as the creator of that piece, or as one of the creators if there is more. This is usually only done when the song is going out to the public and not very often for beats for sale, due to paperwork.

Beatthang prolly the worst drummaschine out there. If u wanna go mobile just buy maschine mikro. For the rest every other drummachine is better. I bought btv a while ago and the interface is just horrible. Sounds are ok tho. What makes me laugh bout this video is the "there s a wheel?" part HAHAHAHA mikes amazement is very credible
