Second he always gave small hints/codes or what you want to call them to Naruto, Kakashi and Tsunade. Third he always knew his future, he was aware of his death, but there is a twist here that has not been revealed yet in the Manga. Fourth Kabuto was able to get all the important peoples corpses except Jir
