I think Dutch people are a nice group of people. I used to work in a call centre where people from all over the world would call in. I found that after a while I could tell right away which European country a person was from by their accent. I found that most of the Dutch and Swedish people calling in could speak proper English and were polite.

wow yeah i think ur totally rite, here in holland we're taught how to pronounce english properly as well, same in sweden. However, the countries that are located more southern like france and spain, only teach little english , and you can hear that by talking to a local speaking english..

It isn't, but Holland is small and almost the only country where the people speak Dutch, but we are big on International things so we learn English early on school so we can communicate with people from other countries. Besides of English we also learn German and if you chose for it also French, Italian, Spanish and other languages.
