What you see is just clouds. The planes of course release exhaust fumes just as cars do, but all you see is the water.

It doesn't matter how poisonous depleted uranium is because it isn't in tap water. What water are you talking about?

There aren't any suck chemicals in tap water either. There are incredibly tight water regulations which mean that tap water is completely and absolutely non-hazardous. It's purer than bottled water because the regulations are so strict.

There's no depleted uranium in water. Depleted uranium is barely radioactive anyway. That's why it's called depleted.

The only chemicals in the water are the ones put there for health purposes. Flourine, for example, which is beneficial to the teeth.
