they say it only happens when southpaw and ortho accidentally steppin each others foot..and it is normal for both fighters accidentally stepping each other,,but? in PAC vs JMM 1 & 2,,i didnt see jmm steps on pacquiao's foot,,,hmmmm strange ??????????????

clearly intentional because once he put his foot he was holding him and at the same time he was punching him! I dont think a true mistake of steping in a boxer foot has to be made by a long reach of steping! so he cheated!

this was clearly intentional a lot of boxers use this technique to try and stop a fast opponent from coming in and out so fast anybody who thinks this was unintentional doesn't know anything about boxing

Go look at the fights and you will see both does it. Not intentionally. Be open minded about this. The fight is over and PAC got the win. Stop trying to justify on how close the fight was and the reason why.

Watched Pac VS Marquez I-III, Marquez resorted to foot stepping tactic against Pac in 3rd fight! He may have stepped on Pac's foot in 1st 2 fights & vice-versa but they're clearly unintentional, unlike this done by Marquez in 3rd fight w/c were many (compared to Pac's), deliberate (unnoticeable in actual fight) & before/while unleashing his combos against Pac w/c won him few rounds! Watch 3rd fight each round (slomo) then decide yourselves! And oh what's Marquez drinking between rnds 6 & 7, pee?
