I'm going to buy this just for the clip only. I'm going to toss that nasty nylon strap lanyard and just use the lanyard I already have in that clip. (I've got a neoprene stretch lanyard that I really like and it has the super strong "thread" type of loop that will attach to nearly anything) Will this work with iPhone 4?

This is a great idea. I would also like to see some other colors for the lanyard like orange, white, red and others so schools can wear one of their team colors with their iDevices. Very cool indeed.
