it's called a Scottish Fold. it has ears, they're just, well, folded over. the average SF isn't real cute to me, but a Munchkin Scottish Fold (which is what this cat is) is cuteness overload!!!!
the short legs come from the other half of the breed called a Munchkin. even a young cat of another breed would have longer, thinner legs. this one is a Munchkin Scottish Fold.

It looks like a Munchkin (they are bred to have short legs like wiener dogs and corgis).

It's a Scottish Fold. I think the short legs is just because it's not full grown; it looks and acts like a kitten.
